Returns Instructions - Australian orders

Simply head to our ParcelPoint returns portal to create a label and book your return or alternatively, you can use your own shipping method. Returns made through our ParcelPoint portal costs $7.95 (flat rate Aus-wide).

1. Returns must be made within 21 days of receiving your order. Ensure your items are in perfect condition. Care labels, tags and original packaging is to remain intact and to be returned to us. Do not remove hygiene seal. Returns will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.
2. Email our friendly team at info@liberteswimwear.com quoting your order number and item/s you wish to return.
3. We will then email you a form to include within your parcel.
4. Once we receive your items you will receive an email confirming your refund or store credit or exchange.

*We recommend you use a trackable returns method as Liberté Swimwear is not liable for any returns lost in transit.

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Ensure your items are in perfect condition. Care labels, tags and original packaging is to remain intact and to be returned to us. Do not remove hygiene seal. Returns will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.

3. We will then email you a form to include within your parcel.

Important info for all returns

**End of Season, Pre-Summer or any other site-wide Sales:
For site-wide sales (sales that don't require a coupon code) that we may hold from time to time, we don’t allow refunds unless the item is faulty. Instead we offer exchanges or store credit.

**Sample Sale Items:
All items marked as a sample are sold as is and is a final sale purchase. Returns or exchanges are not available for sample sale items.

**Faulty Items:
If you've received a faulty item please email our super friendly team at info@liberteswimwear.com and quote your order number. Please include clear photos of the fault so that we can assess the damage. Returns for faulty items are FREE and you will be given a pre-paid returns label to send the item back. Once we've received the faulty item, our team will assess the product and you will be contacted to finalise the returns process. For faulty items, you can choose between a full refund (shipping costs excluded) and/or an exchange.

*Liberté Swimwear reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the requirements of the return policy and are damaged, soiled, used or worn in any way deemed unacceptable. Please take care when trying on the garments to not leave any makeup stains or leave any scents or perfumes on the swimsuit. Returns will be denied and returned to the sender if deemed unsuitable for a refund or store credit. Please follow instructions for returns to expedite returns – if you don’t follow these instructions it will delay processing. Products purchased online marked as “Samples” are not refundable unless required by law. Sample products have imperfections which are factored into the discounted price.
